The damaged area would be rubbed back and feathered out to create a new smooth surface. Next re-primered, paint matched and re-painted. Then lacquered, baked, cut back and polished.

Once repaired the vehicle can be hand washed only after 48 hours. No other method of cleaning, waxing or polishing is allowed for 2 weeks.
